Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and enrolment
Cosmopoliglo provides individual and group language training, online, on-site or in a hybrid format.
Each programme is defined after an initial consultation, based on the learner’s level, objectives, availability, number of participants and preferred format. The schedule, duration, content and fee are set out in a personalised proposal.
A booking is confirmed once the proposal has been accepted and according to the payment terms stated in it.
2. Course duration and use
The programme duration, course frequency and validity period are stated in the personalised proposal.
Courses must be completed within the agreed period. Unused lessons after the expiry date cannot be carried over unless Cosmopoliglo agrees in writing.
One course unit consists of 50 minutes of teaching and a 10-minute break.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
To ensure smooth organisation:
Individual on-site lessons: cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Individual online lessons: cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 hours in advance.
Group courses, corporate training and intensive programmes: cancellation terms are specified in the personalised proposal.
In the event of a late cancellation, the lesson is considered due and cannot be rescheduled, except in exceptional circumstances accepted by Cosmopoliglo.
4. Payment
Payment terms are stated in the proposal or invoice issued to the client.
Unless otherwise specified, programmes and packages are payable in advance. An invoice with a QR code is sent before the start of the training or according to the agreed payment schedule.
For longer programmes, instalment payments may be offered and will be specified in the personalised proposal.
5. Learning materials
Learning materials, including books and course resources, are included only when expressly stated in the proposal.
Where materials are not included, their purchase remains the responsibility of the participant or company.
6. Corporate training
Corporate training programmes are tailored to each company’s needs. They may be delivered on-site, online or in a hybrid format.
The proposal specifies the number of participants, format, frequency, duration, learning objectives, any assessments or progress reports, and payment terms.
Any significant change to the number of participants, location or schedule must be communicated as soon as possible so that the training can be adjusted accordingly.
7. Changes or cancellations by Cosmopoliglo
If the teacher is exceptionally unavailable, Cosmopoliglo will offer to reschedule the lesson at a mutually agreed time.
If a programme cannot exceptionally be delivered, both parties will work together to find a suitable solution.
8. Acceptance
Acceptance of the personalised proposal constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
A summary document or agreement may be issued for individual programmes, corporate training and long-term programmes.
