Language learning: from A1 to C2
Learning a language is a rewarding journey that starts at level A1 and can take you all the way to level C2. Each stage along the way is a step forward toward greater understanding and fluency.

A1 : You’ll learn the basics at A1, and you can introduce yourself and ask simple questions.
A2 : You will expand your vocabulary and can participate in simple exchanges.
B1 : This stage allows you to discuss various topics and understand longer texts.
B2 : You’re more comfortable in complex conversations and watching movies or shows.
C1 : You can debate sophisticated topics and understand the subtleties of the language.
C2 : You can communicate with fluency and precision, like a native speaker.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Private Individual Lessons
• Rate: 70 CHF per hour.
• Materials: Teaching materials (book) are not included in the price.
Business Packages
• Conditions: Each package requires a minimum number of employees, according to the offers provided.
• Materials: Included or not included, depending on the selected package.
• Validity: Lessons must be completed within the specified period: 3, 6, or 12 months.
• Cancellations: Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice: the lesson will be fully charged or considered lost.
Individual Packages
• Discount: A 10% discount is applied to packages of 15, 30, 40, and 60 units.
• Validity: All lessons must be completed within the specified period: 3, 6, or 10 months.
• Materials: Teaching materials (book) are included only for 40, and 60 unit packages.
Lesson Cancellations
• Individual Lessons: Cancellation with no charge: 24-hour notice required.
• Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice: a penalty of 23 CHF will be applied (Coworking space).
• Packages: Any lesson canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered lost.
• Online Lessons: No penalty for cancellations made 2 hours in advance.
• Lessons at the Learner’s Home: No penalty if canceled 2 hours in advance.
Payment Conditions
• Individual Lessons: A monthly invoice, including a QR code, will be provided before the first lesson
• Payment must be made in advance.
– Option 1: Full payment with an extra 5% discount.
– Option 2: Payment in two installments: the first half in advance, the balance after three months.
• Packages: All packages must be paid in advance. An invoice with a QR code will be issued and must be paid in full after the first lesson.
Contract
• A detailed contract will be provided when presenting the offer.
A signed copy of the offer will be given to both parties as proof of commitment.
